Add Webonize as a Partner to your Business Manager

When you engage a business such as a Marketing & Consultancy Agency like Webonize to manage your Facebook Ads for you, you need to add them to your Business Manager as a Partner.

When you add a Partner they will then have access to your Facebook Page and your Ad Account in order to create and manage your Facebook and Instagram Ads.

To assign a Partner to your Facebook Business Manager Account follow these steps:

1. Go to your Business Manager settings at business.facebook.com/settings
2. In the left hand column under “Users” select Partners
3. Click the blue “+Add” button at the top of your screen and select “Give a partner access to your assets”
4. Add the Partner Business ID. The ID for Webonize is 165469531187842. Click next.
5. You will then need to select the Assets that you want to assign. You will need to select your Facebook Business Page under Pages and provide Admin Access. Under Ad Accounts select the Ad Account name and then provide Admin Access. You will need to grant access to your Instagram Account to have ads managed on Instagram plus provide access to your Catalogs. Domains and Pixels if they are set up.
6. Click “Save Changes” once all the Assets have been selected.
